Join Us

HESSA membership is free. Members join a national organisation working for fair and inclusive access to student sport for home educated students.

What membership supports

HESSA provides a national framework — including policies, processes, and systems — to support members to access student sporting opportunities at a local, regional, and national level. Membership helps ensure students meet the eligibility criteria to access student sport, and gives HESSA a strong, united voice when advocating to regional and national sporting organisations.

How to join

Email us at hello@hessa.org.nz or use our contact form with your name, email, and a short note about the students in your family. We will be in touch with the next steps.
